-On Sunday, February 25, Apologetix will be hosting a movie night at 6pm at the Church of the Harvest. This is a free event. All WCHS students are welcome to attend. Please sign up in Mrs. Mays’ room.

-Students participating in the Beta Build at State Convention your meeting with Mrs. Emery has been moved to Tuesday during activity period.

-Prom tickets go on sale today. $25 for single $40 for a couple. Post Prom permission slips and Prom Guest permission slips are now available in the office.

-Male Connection will be here for tux fittings on March 7th at 9am.

-FCCLA is hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Feb. 27th 9:00- 2:00 in Mrs. Miller's room.  You must be at least 16 years of age to donate.  See Mrs. Miller to get a permission slip and set up a donation time.

-There will be an Educators Rising meeting on WEDNESDAY to work on the BE FEARLESS, BE KIND Campaign.

-There is no softball practice today. There will be practice from 3:15-5:15 tomorrow.

-HAPPY NATIONAL FFA WEEK!!! FFA has some excited activities going on this week. Employees, don't miss out on the appreciation luncheon today, located in the teachers lounge during your lunch time. 

-Students and staff, please invite you friends and family members, who are involved in agriculture, to our "Thank a farmer" breakfast, Wednesday morning at the community building. We will start serving at 6:30am.

-And finally, we will be having a daily trivia question for non-ffa members only. Today's question is.........Who became the first National FFA President? And where were they from? Submit your answers to Mrs. Ehrhart to win a prize. 

-All FFA members, please see Mrs. Ehrhart by the end of the day today. 

-Sophomores, juniors, and seniors, let Mrs. K know TODAY if you are interested in the Youth to Springfield trip.

-Anyone in art club who needs to earn points can meet after school in Ms. Rodgers’ room to scrape paint off windows. 

-If you are on prom court or mister and mistress of ceremonies, see Angie now.

-Mrs. Emery needs to see all students participating in Beta Build at State Convention in her room at this time.

-JV Scholar Bowl see Mrs. Fagan now.

-It's easy money, but we can't do it alone! Congratulations, WCHS! We've earned $373 in the Get Schooled College Challenge by:






We get points which turn in to dollars for EACH of those things! (By the way, we are ranked 14th in the Nation!) Why quit now? We can earn $2000! Students, Educators, and Parents, log on and help a school out!

-Seniors, start thinking about baby pictures for the Senior slide show! We will need 2 younger pictures and one current.  Turn them in to Mrs. Noatch or Twilla.

-Dental Safari is March 6th. Forms are in the office.

-Get onto today and take the college challenge badge! There is a new competition where the school gets $1 for every point earned in the challenge.

-Fairfield First United Methodist Church is having their annual Prom Dress giveaway on Saturday, March 3rd from 9am-noon. A variety of formal dresses, bouquets, and accessories will be available for you to choose from free of charge!

-Any FFA members who would be interested in FFA Leadership camp, please sign up in the Drivers Ed room. Camp will be July 24-27 in Monticello.
