PTO parent letter

Congratulations to Kane Borah for being named September Senior of the Month.

We're doing Spin for Cash again this year! It's a reward based on attendance for all high school students. Students need to be present, with no tardies, for the week prior to the drawing to be selected. Winners for this week: Seth Scarbrough and Evan Atkinson. Congratulations!

The Dino bus will be running a few minutes late this morning. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yesterday Mrs. Staley and Mrs. Rentfrow hosted a Stem Olympics for 4th Grade. They built towers, raced a ping pong ball, launched a ball, and constructed a boat. They also worked as a team sharing and executing ideas. They ended the day with a medal ceremony where they cheered for each other no matter what place they got! Great job 4th grade!

Tonight!

Our wonderful PTO purchased 2 microwaves for our cafeteria this year! They are for 6th-12th grade to use. There is a 2 minute limit on each student's use as lunch time is very limited. If a student's food isn't heated in 2 minutes, they have to go to the back of the line. Please talk to your student about respecting these rules so the microwaves can be enjoyed by more kiddos! (For instance - easy mac takes too long. It would be best to make it at home and simply reheat at school)
