Senior recognition
Senior recognition at Friday night's game for pep band, cheer, and boys basketball. It was a great night with entertainment from the band and cheer team plus a win for the Indians!
Today was Safety Day at Wayne City High School. Students rotated through different groups learning about internet safety by an Illinois State Trooper, digging safety by JULIE and the Village of Wayne City, driver safety by Wayne City and Wayne County police, and farm safety by Wabash Valley. The students ended with a presentation about electric line safety by Wayne-White. Thank you to everyone that came and invested in our students!

High school students participated in "Stupid Cupid" today. If you are hit by Cupid's arrow then you cannot speak for the rest of the day. The theme was "Your voice matters, don't let drugs take that away."
All the kindergarten kiddos performed very well in the Kindergarten Presidents Show. Great work kindergarten, Mrs. White and Mrs. Cameron!
Just a reminder, per school policy, Valentine's Day gift cannot be sent to the school for students. Also, tomorrow, 2/13, is an 11:30 dismissal.
