The WCHS Softball game scheduled to play at Mt. Carmel on Tuesday, March 17 has been postponed until Wednesday, April 22.

JH Volleyball at Cisne tonight, 3/16! There will be a bus to the game which will leave at 3pm. C game starts at 3:45. There will be NO bus to take athletes back to the school. JV will start at 4:30 with V to follow.
The high school baseball and softball games scheduled for Monday, March 16, have been canceled. There is no makeup date at this time.

WCHS had a very successful Beta Club convention this year and we are so proud of all of our members! You represented Wayne City with intelligence and class.

The sophomore class attended Kickstart Your Journey at Rend Lake College. Students participated in career exploration activities and gained a deeper understanding of the benefits of education. The main event was a “Reality Store” where students navigated paying monthly bills based on the monthly salary for their respective career field choice. In other breakout sessions, they received information about different types of education following high school and how they can afford college through scholarships and/or financial aid.




Horizon Healthcare will be here May 21st to provide physical exams for any student needing one for 26/27 School year. This exam will be accepted for the required school physical and sports physical. Please contact nurse Twilla at 618-895-0310 or tking@waynecity100.org for more information.
