Wayne City Tribe athletes competed in Spring Games at Mt. Vernon High School on Friday, May 3rd. Athletes competed in the 50 M Run and the Softball Throw. Athletes brought home one Gold medal, four Silver medals, and two bronze medals. Congratulations to all our athletes!! Whitney Lambert qualified to compete in Summer Games at Bloomington, IL with her gold medal in the softball throw. Way to go Wayne City Tribe!!






Last week of tutoring!


We draw random names of students to spin the wheel for cash for having perfect attendance the week before. Congratulations to this week's winners, Kane Borah and Katelyn Catron.


Due to a shortage of bus drivers in the morning, Tuesday May 7, the Dino and Butterfly bus routes will be running a combined route. Please allow extra time for the bus to arrive as it may not run at its regularly scheduled time. The afternoon route may be combined as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding.


It was another amazing day for our seniors at Senior Awards Day. WCHS seniors were awarded a very generous amount of scholarship money- over $473,000! Thank you to everyone in and around this community that pours into the future of our students.



It was great weather for the last Webber-Wayne City track and field home meet yesterday. Thank you to Cindy Birkner for the terrific photos.











Today we celebrated Kobee Ivey. He signed his NLI to go to Greenville University for gaming. Congratulations Kobee!!

It's senior awards day! You're welcome to come and celebrate our graduates with us as they are awarded with college scholarships and other awards.

These athletes will advance to the State meet at Duquion on May 11th. GOOD LUCK!!

The junior high track meet originally scheduled for today (Monday, April 29) has been rescheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday, April 30) at 10 am at Bluford school.
