Our athletic trainer, Jami Nobbe, will be putting on a StrongHER and SAPP program this summer. Both programs will run twice a week through June and July. It is completely free for all incoming freshmen-senior athletes. Please see the attached flyers for information. This will be a great opportunity for our athletes.


The regional softball games scheduled to play at WCHS today (5/20) have been moved to play at Webber High School.

Spin for Cash is a reward based program focused on attendance for all high school students. This is our last full week for the school year so we decided to reward our students with perfect attendance. These students did not come to school late, did not leave early, had no tardies and were not absent. Congratulations to Lexi Hatcher, Evan Keen, and Marschell Mays for having absolutely perfect attendance all school year!

With the forecasted timing of the severe weather, Wayne City Schools will be dismissing at 2:30 this afternoon to ensure our students and bus drivers arrive home safely. Please call the school by 1:30 with any bus or pick up changes.

Mrs. Sowa's stats class had to create a survey or experiment for their final grade. They presented them to the school this week, and they were pretty impressive.









Today was the first Finance Club meeting at Wayne City High School. Students ate lunch together and discussed concepts like financial literacy, saving, investing, credit, and debt.
